Logos

Hi there, got my dm600pvr a few weeks ago and it is great. But I read somewhere that you can change the boot logos and even add music when booting up. How do I do this? I have no idea about the audio but I tried using logo viewer to change logo, but the output file wasn't the same as the one I was replacing. Any help would be great, so I can personalise my box.
