old foxtel box with galaxy menu

hi there..could someone help me with sum information..im in australia and i have an old foxtel box that i havent been able to use to access foxtel for about 5months..it keeps saying the channel is scrambled..i wanted to see if i can update my box so i can use it so it doesnt just keep gathering dust..i was also seeking the pin number for this box if anyone knows it so i can change my freq..i dont know all the box details..it uses the galaxy menu and has a irdeto slot u can pull out of the back of the box..any help would be much appreciated

4252 = gala if it is the E** pin error ya need upgrade box tto l140 firmware
