HUMAX IR-ACE II - with ART

I used to have dish network back in US , now I moved to the Gulf Region and I buy a new received " HUMAX IR ACE II, pointing to NileSat & Hotbird I used to program my receiver back home in US but never done that in this part of the world with this system.
So can some one point me to how to ? What tools need it in order to get a good immage for ART pacakge ?

After few reading I think if I am not mistaken that my receiver do use a Null Cable to connect to PC for update

IR-Ace II it can only work with original irdeto smartcards to receive the programs that you have paid.I even doubt that you can get any software for channel editing or a new original firmware for it.Nothing much you can do with it ...

So what receiver do you recomd easy to use and easy to program it to get full wise nile sate wide open ?
