Not sure what you are asking.

If box has locked up and wont reboot etc - pull the plug and leave unplugged for a while, sometimes several hours is needed.

thanks for answering.
After a new flash with Zeus, and when flashwizard reboot the box, it stops, and nothing to do, the box is starting with "dream multimedia" on little screen, but stops here.
any restart with my finger on top button to "flash erase" is unefficient...
I am a little afraid, this is the really first time since more than 18 months...

Is there something to do inside the box, like a computer "reset"?

If you have Dream Multimedia on the LCD display then your bootloader is ok. You'll need a null-modem (cross wired) serial cable with the DreamUp program.
Connect the serial cable to PC and Dreambox.
Disconnect the box from the mains.
Start DreamUp and ensure you have the correct serial port selected.
Connect the Dreambox to the mains - DreamUp should say it's found the box.
Select Erase. Wait for DreamUp to complete the task.
Use DreamUp to load a valid image then reboot the Dreambox - You may need to use Flash-erase (restart with UP button pressed).

1 select a new clean image like Zeus from the net.

2 connect a nullmodem ( Dtype RS232 ) cable to the dream box and connect the other to your computer, "com1"

3 Run Dreamup

Set Comport to 1 or 2 depending on one selected by you on computer.

4 Click "Connect" and then turn on the Dreambox.

5 A blue bar should go up in the dreamup software on your computer.

6 If not try another comport.

7 Once connected click "ERASE" and once done, Click "flash" and select your image, and then sit back and wait.

If you fail to connect to the Dreambox with the above method, it is likely that their is a fault with the computer you are using, or the nullmodem cable.
If you do manage to reflash the Dreambox, remember to remove the cable and end the software running on your computer, as this if left connected will stop the new image from booting.
Hope this helps you get giong.
