Some personal experience with SF 1.08 unofficial

In the hopes that some of the developers might see my notes.
Note, I'm not complaining, I just want to help make the image better.

1)Audio language settings are always forgotten when you standby or reboot the dreambox. When it switches on again, it will set the language to the first one on the list (never english on Sky, always defaults to Italian)
This problem did not exist in the previous SF image

2)Browsing channels sometime doesn't decode the channel, and you need to toggle back and forth between another channel before the image eventually kicks in. Otherwise you get just a black screen, and sometimes some sound. This is quite annoying when it happens on an automated timer recording, cos then you just record an hour of black screen.
I'm not sure if the problem is from the emu or the SF image itself, but it was not a problem in the previous SF image.

3)Sometimes I get the "service does not exist" message, and I need to rescan the transponders to get the channels back. In all honesty, this might be my dish which has been knocked skew by some wind. When the channel is selected, I see the BER reading going mad. It's strange though, because it's only some channels within a bouquet which disappear, and the rest of the channels work fine, even when some have disappeared, which makes me feel it may be a problem in the image.


Hints:
If your bouquetter software is having trouble with this image, set the "http authentication" option in the setup to unselected (no green arrow)

To the SF team, thanks for providing a new image, hopefully the community will be a bit more constructive in their criticism in future.
