Official c+ not working!

Hi there,
I've just received my new card c+ fr, the hardware is a dm7000/Gemini3.3/Newcs1.20, the result black screen!!!

The card seems to be activated, which softcam do I have to use to be able to see something on my screen

Hello.
My old Mediaguard is still working.
The new one Viaaccess is working two, but few CSAT chanels not.

Some ideas ?
