Help MOSC v4.1 & v6

Can you help.
I've got old official cards v4.1 and v6 and deleted by mistake the provider SECA and the cards cannot be edited.
I've tried to reset them with intructions
->C1 48 00 00 00
->C1 46 00 00 FF

but it does not work with these versions.
