ORIONSAT is on a distinguished road
DMG format on Galaxy 25

Hi folks,

I just finished my 5 weeks research on a satellite feed
that I've been looking for and still unable to
get all the infos that's on Galaxy 25, TP=23, C or
Ku band.

The satellite wild feed program "Hour of Power"
from Crystal Cathedral in Gardond Grove, Calif.
that I've been watching on analog C-band, on
Galaxy 25 satetellite. 5 weeks ago they left
analog and into digital format.
I've found out some details in my research.

But before you read further, this might be the
beginning in the digital age. And whatever
or not could it be fixed for our FTA receivers???
And try not to freak out about my research
results.

Okay, here's what I found out.

When I discovered that"Hour of Power" oringal
satellite feed to tv stations on Galaxy 25,
transponder 15, C-band and was analog, have
left and move to "Pathfire" company. Which
is the uplink station that sends video feeds
to tv stations affilitate by satellite
in digital format. And GET THIS!!!

I think that they don't uplink the wild
feed in DVB, or MPEG2 format like our FTA receivers
can. I think they're using which is called
"DMG" Digital Media Gateway format.

See details from Pathfire

Yes, DMG server receiver. it's like you subscribe
a satellite tv channel that you want to watch, like
DirectTV or Dish Network receiver box. But this
application is for TV stations affilitates. So,
using the DMG server, and able to receive the
video feeds subscriptions in 2 ways. Either by
watching it on the video monitor at a normal hour.
Or downloads the subscription video feed in high
speed playback, like downloads. Or download the video
file on the internet by satellite using the DMG 702
server unit.

I don't want everyone to be scared and worry that all
of our favorite satellite tv network channels, might go
with Pathfire so that it would be harder for us to get'em
on FTA receivers???
Instead it could be a consumer DMG receiver server from
Pathfire with a payment agreement from a content carrier.

This would freak us out about the future!!!
I'm telling you all at ahead of time, so that
some of us could have a chance to figure out how to
get around with it, to get video channels that maybe
in DMG format and maybe encrypt by Pathfire.

"What goes arund, comes around"

It's like someone will always find a way
to hack it. Others will always find a way
to defeat it, like Pathfire company.

So, if any of you agree with me, better get
started in find a way to knock out the new
DMG format on satellite tv before DVB or
MPEG2 goes out??

If any of you are familer with Pathfire and
their DMG server receiver, please explain it
to me and the rest of us to tell us more, and
how would it effects us.

I hope that we'll all can figure out to defeats
the new beginning of digital format for satellite
our tv.

That's all folks.
