Dreambox in USA

hello everybody
i just came in USA 6 month ago,i wanna know if anyone uses dreambox in north america,USA or canada?
i know there is a lot of forums dadicated to CS europe and middle east,but not for north america
if anyone has an idea about that,i ll be thankfull for him
