Tarbs mod for PBS??

Does anyone have any info on how to mod the tarbs box 3110 or 3100 for pbs on intelsat 701 thanks

Do you have a jtag ? coz you'll need one to read the 3800 - Flash (29LV160) and the Eeprom.
