Mastera IV Tutorial

I have read this tutorial 15 times and have followed all the instructions - keep getting the following message when I am in CardWriter. Can anyone please help me with a diagnosis and perhaps a fix. Thanks.

I have open attachment but ther is nothin there what tutorial are u reading and what card are u tryn to program because some settings card writer tell you to use are the wrong ones on mastera iv.

I have a mastera iv and once you know how to use it can do every thing you need for this Hobby the only program it wont work with is Lm eddit but Lave is working on that
