Falconsat, Warranties not honored.

I've bought a cam, few weeks ago, from Falconsat (Falcon International Satellite).

It breakdown after a couple of weeks,while it was in the
receiver,due to a semiconductor failure.

Being under warranty, I send it back to Falconsat for repair or replacement.

The Falconsat responsible R.Fahad wrote me declaring in non uncertain terms:
The Cam cannot be repaired, and as it was working when he send it out he will not replace it or refund me.
