I dont think anyone can really anwser the question yet.And also from what Ive read,C1 wont go into service until Jan 04.

OPTUS C!

Optus C1 will start broadcasting aurora services as from 13/07/03 and these service will be removed from Optus B3 as from the 17/07/03. The Optus C1 Satellite is in place located at 156E as from the 13/07/03. As for how other channel will be effected as from 04/01/04 this is still under wraps. It is known that the Optus C1 has 24 Ku Banbs tps.

DWSM its 13/7 no aurora services coming down yet, that gives them 3 days i don't think so.

Lets look at just one statistic, there are 650 TABS in victoria alone and you think that eveything will run so smoothly that they only require till 17/7

all systems are go
pay and fta all at 100 percent signal and quality
on 1.2m in southport in tassie used to be 44 percent signal and 46 percent quality on pay
