HMK from pmk and HSN

Can you work out the H MK of a card from the HSN and the PMK???

Julie , you should be able to extract the HMK from the card using FM Card or similar.

Ok Ill try to use fmcard but i havent had much luck with Fm card using Silver cards.
I have No problems with gold cards just with silvers.
I forgot to mention the silver card is protected that Im trying to get the HMK for.

What code are you using on the silvercard ?

If the data memory has been protected then your outta luck. Cant read HMK from ausgold card.

If it is not protected then can you not simply read the Data memory...I'd use Cardwriter and just look up the hmk from the appropriate memory location.

This is a little confusing, however, if you know a little about this then you will know what it means.

ok i didnt think you could from an Ausgold card that is also protected.

it is possible to work out the hmk from the pmk and hex ser.....but it would take several thousand years to do it

Ausgold was a sellers favorite code, as its all in the Pic and you can protect the Pic
Your out of luck with this one Juile, and yes if it was Ghost Silver or Ds9 on the Silver then you could get the PMK
But still there are some smart sellers that can code and they can modify a code to hide the Pmk in the Pic
