Newcamd on i386

Sorry about the double posting (also at 'app help') but i posted on the wrong place.

I'm trying to run newcamd on a standalone pc without any dvb card. The idea is to use a seasoncard and lincardemu, but newcamd isn't working.

What should i do?

Why are you trying to run newcamd, if you haven't got a DVB-card ?
Cardserver and cardspider is easily understood, but newcamd ?

newcamd -> lincardemu -> Seasoncard -> Settopbox
