the answer is yes
first you need a valid prov id and pmk if you insert these into Provider 10 you will get all the aurora stuff

And if they decide to send down some EMK's, don't forget the HMK.

g'day my new friend Al Bundy,
you have made a very good point.i dont know exacly how aurora encryption works, though i am basing my post on an experiment that i conducted on 21 feb 2004, i wrote a blank goldie with 226 no updating coco hex
ran gfgold.crd then edited gfgold personal with only prov10 pmk, prov id and coco. i left everything else as it was. i just wanted to understand what the minimum requirment was to access prov 10 FTA. to my suprise the card booted straight away and has been in operation since,so, after this much time i think i can safely assume that no updates are sent to the card. only time will tell if i am mistaken, though i hope that i am not

cheers........... printman

Your quite right, no updates are sent to Aurora cards, for the moment, and there is no indication they will in the future, but nevertheless they do have that option, as for minimum requirements for getting Aurora, as they aren't updating PK's they are the minimum required, and you will find them in Ghost's crd's.
