Neutrino dream plus and recording problem in dm 500s

Hello to everyone in the forum!i have this image in my dm 500 and have succesfully mounted my dm to my pc,still i have problem in recording..i have chosen recording to direct file which i chose to be:/hdd/movie share folder,but when i try to record,a movie for example, a message comes up on screen telling me that the particular folder is not writable!!!...there are 3 options(direct file,server,and vcr),in settings menu, do i have to choose another option for recording?maybe i dont input ther correct values .or maybe i havent done the mounting correctly......can somebody please help me out?thanx for any replies....
