Silver card programming

I had a working silver card and i used Multiprogrammer 3.4-3.5 V1.20 to read it which it did. (Elvis Programmer) i saved the pic memory and external eeprom, but when i put the card back in Strong 4800II it asked me to insert smart card.

I selected silver card which automatically brought up 16f876/7 for the pic and 24c64 for the ext ee
The actual card is black with no numbers on it.

Does anyone know what might have happened to (yes its probably shagged)

Can i restore it from the saved pic and ext?

you should have used LMedit to read your silver card,with elvis set in phoenix mode

I managed to get hold of a silver thats still works but having trouble reading details with lmedit "data interupted check card and connections" i can easily clone the card using Multi Programmer but i want to convert to a gold card.
Ive read previous threads with no success.

Using Elvis with elvis cc to change to Phonix mode and selected
GS/E/f for card type 3.5mhz com2.

using win98se ELvis lmedit3-6r1.

any suggestions

Hi! U´can manage to put twice time Picbineditor any vers. side by side at U´r screen - and then U´ start 1. the Silver eeprom - 2. the Gold card eeprom - from this 2. windows -U´ can move or copy/paste the ident,sa,ua, keys etc. from the silver to gold eeprom
but still U´must have an working Pic for U´r card system.
