HI THERE CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME , IM LOOKIN TO BUY A SMARCARD PROGRAMMER SO I CAN EDIT MY FOXTELL CABLE SMARTCARD TO RECIVE FREE PAY PER VEIWS(FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY) AS I AM VERY INTRESTED IN THIS SORTA STUFF AND HOW IT WORKS IS IT POSSIBLE TO CLONE FOXTELL CABLE SMARTCARDS OR ONLY SATTELIE , SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE PLEASE

OK IVE GOT FOXTELL CABLE , IS THERE ANYWAY AT ALL I CAN GET FREE PAY PER VEIWS , WHEN I HAD AUSTAR A FEW YEARS AGO I USED TO ORDER A PAY PER VIEW A WEEK BEFORE IT WAS ON AFTER GETTING OFF THE PHONE ID DISCONNECT THE CABLE THAT GOE'S FROM THE WALL TO THE BOX AND THEN RING AND SAY I DONT WANT IT A DAY AFTER , RECONNECT THE CABLE THE DAY THE PAY PER VEIW WAS ON AND IT WORKED AS IF THE CABLE ISINT IN THE BOX THEY CANT REMOVE THE SINGAL WICH AUTHORIZES U FOR THE EVENT , SO LIKE IF THERE ANYWAY TO GET FREE PAY PER VEIWS ON FOXTELL CABLE OR DO I HAVE TO GO AND BUY A OPTUS B3 SATTELITE DISH AND A SATTELITE DECODER, THEN PRORAM THE FOXTELL SAT CARD TO GET THEM , THE ONLY THING IS , WILL FOXTELL SATTELITE WORK IN A CABLE AREA , LIKE WOULD THE SIGNAL BE THERE OR IS THE SIGNAL ONLY BROADCASTED TO THE AREAS THAT ACTCUALLY INSTALL SATTELITE PAYTV

First of all... take your caps lock off. It is considered shouting and very rude.

The providers box can be modified, I am unaware how it is done, however, have read a little about it. I wouldnt like to think what a provider might do if you were caught playing around with a box that didnt belong to you.

Now with regards to satellite....the first thing you need is again a provider sub-card, a dish and a box. These will be provided by the Provider (Foxtel or Austar) ... so if they dont provide satellite in your area then you're buggered.

do u know much about infinity usb smartcard programers
can they read foxtel sattelite and austar smartcards some people on threads say u can clone some foxtel cable smartcards depending wich version

I think I should lso clarify myself a little as well.

Some of the older fox cable boxes could be modified and that is why there is still a market for them.

From what I have read the new NDS cable boxes cant be modified as yet. There is nothing that can be done with that NDS system as yet.
