have a funcard which i have just reprogrammed the problem is that when i go into the engineers menu and goto the section which tells you how much credit is on your card it says card status ok credit limit £137. but the ippv status it says declined and the card descrambles channel 5 only but not any other channels i live in a pure n*l area any help would be wellcomed on this and i did an ird search and it allso said ther ird as been barred with my provider how can this be
