Picall progmmer error

When I try to use P16 with picall to write to the goldie I get the error of Program error
Address = 0000 buffer = 30FF device = 3FFF

So I cant write to the pic of the goldie, does anyine know what might be wrong?

I have tried various configurations on the software but still I am sure the problem lies at the pic level.

Please help?

i am useing the same programmer and that happen to me i checked the power pack i got for it and i had the wrong one so i changed it to a 13vac 1A and it works great they said to get a 500mA but it will only use as much as it needs
