BUYING PROGRAMMERS (Elvis vs Jaycar kits)

I'm looking at buying a programmer for my goldcard.

(1) I can source the Jaycar kit easily enough, but was wondering where I could find the Multi.Prog (Elvis) kit??

(2) With the Jaycar kit, I also need to buy the PIC programmer (also from Jaycar for $100) Which tots to $130.

The Elvis is slightly cheaper and is an "all-in-one" unit.

But I'm asking for opinions whether Elvis is more reliable/stable at programming smartcards overall???

All comments very welcome and appreciated.
