HEX files ? is my problem

have a problem with new dynamite programmer ,it wont work as all hex folders appear with a large yellow question mark on them and am now at my wits end to solve this ,i have uninstalled/reinstalled untold times over the last 5 days....if i wasn't bald i'd tear my hair out!!!!!!!!!
