wap interface for webif

I know there's a pda format, but would it be possible to have wap?
This way I could program recordings from my brand new UMTS phone...

Why would you want to use WAP? WAP is a limited, outdated and rapidly dying protocol.

If you have a smartphone with data connection (GRPS, UMTS, etc), you most likely have an IP connection. So you should be able to use the browser of the phone to connect to the webif of the dreambox.

For screenwidths less than 240px, the webif automatically switches to a customized web-if for PDA's.

Works like a charm on my Blackberry.

You can test the pda web-if on a normal PC. Just resize the browser window until it is smaller than 240px.

It's fine for PDA's but not for "regular" phones. the pda interface doesn't show up on my Samsung S501 or Sony k610i. It's just a suggestion, smartphone are too big and too expensive in my own opinion.
