PLi Flubber "Remove software" bugfix

On a DM7020 under certain circumstances, the "Remove software" could deinstall more files than needed. This is fixed now.

This bugfix will be installed automatically on your Dreambox if you download the latest Software Management menu from 3rd of september or later. Note that this bugfix will only fix software which is installed the 3rd of september or later. Software which is installed before that date could still cause problems on a DM7020 under certain circumstances.

All PLi Flubber users (500, 5600, 5620, 7000 and 7020) will get the bugfix, but it's almost sure the problem is on a DM7020 only. There's no other user interaction needed: just download the latest Software Management menu and you're ready!
