Working out true north

Hi!

I have been searching up and down for a map/webpage that shows the magnetic/true deviation.

Can anyone tell me where I can find out the deviation from magnetic north to true north, and how to calculate it?

ie. Do I calculate forward (clockwise) or do I calculate it anti clockwise (subtract)

According to Melways map its 11 deg 22 min E for Melb.
