s/w to descramble in pc

Dear Friends there.

Is there any kind of emulation s/w which can be used in PC.
Mine is not a dreambox, so I would like to send the scrambled stream to my pc and discramble it with a special s/w, and then send it back to my PVR to watch or record it.

Please help me.
