kein system message

hi all,

first of all just like to said hi and please bear with me as is my first post.just bought a sagem dbox and when i turn it on i get the message KEIN SYSTEM showing up on the lcd display.

anyone know how to corretc this and is my box dead.all help would be grateful.

Poss been flashed with wrong type of image e:g 1 chip instead of 2 or vice versa
