Cant really tell you much on that amount of information.

Is it a subscriber box ? What happens when you turn it ? Do you have a valid working card in it ? What message do you get on the screen ?

Doesnt sound promising. There is a reset switch inside the box , you could try pressing it , nothing to lose I spose.
