Can u change frequency codes on foxtel digital

hey pplz n00b to this but yea is it possible to change the frequency codes on foxtel digital i know u hit 0016 to get to the installer menu but what ya do from there .. also the codes r from lyngsat .. but yea if anyone can help be appreciated .. thanks

The only options that can be 'changed' in a Foxtel receiver is the RF channel & some minor ones (possibly the LNB freq if your not running a 10.7LO) other than that not much.
It's "locked" to Foxtel operational parameters, will not do Free To Air (any FTA or Aurora[its a form of pay-tv anyway]) .
If you want FTA but another quality receiver.

what receiver do u reccomend? and how able to view FTA tv ..
