transponder scan

Hi all! I would appreciate if someone can help.
I bought a new 7000s box; flashed a new image (SF3.2); did a transponder scan on hotbird, but there are many channels which were not scanned. THere is nothing wrong with the dish, as the other receiver I have is picking up the channels no problem. Even when I do a manual transponder scan, it is still not picking up the channels. I even installed back the official image, and still facing the same problem. Any ideas on what to do or check?

have you manually gone into your "transponder edit" to see if they are there?

Have you check signal strength/quality for each transponder?

yes, the transponders are there, but there is no signal on the dreambox. There is a signal on the other receiver I have, so it cannot be a signal problem. Is there a way I can reset everything to orignial settings? I have flashed an original image, done a flash erase, but still the same problem!
