Positioner Woes

Hi!

I am having real difficulties setting up my moteck positioner.

I am located at long 145.11 lat 38.06

I have an offset dish and the questions are:

For the above co-ordinate, what must my elevation be?

Must I subtract my dish offset from the elevation and set the elevation to it?

Are there any tools that can be purchased at mitre10 or bunnings to find the elevation?

I also have an OLD galaxy dish that has some numbers written on it, but they do not look like elevation or latitude, how do I figure out my declination?!

Any help would be kindly appreciated!
