something DB cant find

every time i try to open the menu findnewservices i get this fault

libstdc**.so.5: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory

how do i deal with this??

Need more info,,,,are you runing a dm7000 or dm500,,,have you had it up and working or is this the first time?

i am running DM7000. i have made upgrade to software 1.09. it worked perfectly with the old ver 1.05
