Question DM500C cant read official card

I live in Sweden and have ComHem as my cableoperator.
Got my DM500C couple a days ago and cant get it to decode my channels with my official ComHem-card. I know they tunnel Conax over Viaccess.
I can watch the three uncoded channels they have though.

I've tried both Newcamd 5.28 and Radegast 3.0 Final in both Gemini 1.0.4 and Hydra500 Phoenix 108 Final and it just wont work. It looks like the softcams have trubble reading the card.

The errormessage i get when i manually start the newcamd cardserver over telnet is:

~ > [cardserver 19:02:30] Card 1/0 reset
[cardserver 19:02:35] Card 1/0 reset failed
[cardserver 19:27:28] Fri Mar 25 19:27:28 CET 2005
[cardserver 19:27:28] Card 1/0 removed

As u can see i have the right port configured because it knows when i pull out the card. It doesnt matter in what way i insert the card though the result is always the same.

In Radegast i get something like:
'Unable to read ATR'

Enabled the 'special = tunnel'-switch in radegast.cfg and increased the atr timeout-value but with no luck.

Ive even tried with my good ol' MP3.5 Phoenix Cardprogramer as a external cardreader to rule out the possibility that the internal cardreader in the DM500C was broken. You can guess the result....

I've been asking the same question in several swedish forums only to find out we all have the same problem.

So, please, any suggestions from our international viewers?

Thank you Steven but it didnt work.
A lot of people in swedish forums says they've got it to work and posted two different images thats supposed to work. Do i have to say they dont work for me?

Honestly i dont know what to do next... Starting to feel a bit stupid.
(there's always a first for everything! )

Im seriousley starting to believe that theres something wrong mith my box.

Hello again Steven...

Actually, there was a hardwaremalfunction on the cardreader in my box.
Did some cardsharing with some guy who has a fully functional box yesterday and it worked perfectly.

So i returned my old box to the dealer today and should get a new one on thursday.

Thanks anyways....

Could one of you nice guys please PM me where I can find an image for the DB500C that will work with my original CD card?
I've spent some hours Googling about, but none the wiser.
Read that the Hydra Team has packed up, but is it possible to still get their image?
My DB500C is arriving on saturday, and I want to be ready for it!
Thanx
