DB 7000 and Windows 2000 Professional HELP!!

Anyone can help me out guys by providing me with a tutorial about how to connect my DB with my pc that uses Windows 2000 Professional?

I am not talking about the cable and the settings on the DB.
I just wanna know what to click and where in the windows 2000 in order to create the connection with my DB

Hi!

You should get yourself an FTP software like CuteFTP or SmartFTP. Then create a new connection to your Drembox. In the DB, configure the network settings with an IP-adress, Gateway etc. Then connect to the dreambox and then you should log on with root/dreambox. Then you should see the files located on the Dreambox.

thanks mate

but will the update keys work with that?

I use an ftp client with my portable pc which runs wondows XP and I dont have a problem with that.
But with windows 2000 call me stupid or anything but I cant seem to set up a network connection with my DB...I dont even seem to find the share internet connection....did I miss something in my first installation of windows 2000?
