With all due respect it is up to you to provide that information in a clear and concise manner. If there is a hidden agenda as you say, then you as the person that is making this claim needs to submit the evidence whatever that may be.
I rely upon the scientific method in order to draw conclusions. Anecdotal responses do not in themselves represent valid science. Whilst it may not be perfect it is what we have and currently rely upon.
I appreciate your willingness to warn people, however, that warning does actually require supporting information in order to hold any weight.
I took your advice and went to Austech and I can only say that what I learnt from reading the various responses is that there appears to be some type of character clash. When individuals do not have any evidence that they can use they usually resort to belittling one another which achieves nothing.
Incidentally, what programs would you suggest a novice to use other than Erics.
