IRD2 ACS 5.0 CARD reactivation_how?

Hi!
I have question regarding Irdeto 2 asc v5.0 card Ser # begins with 4014.
On Sunday Jan. 07 2007 I subscribed to SHOWTIME Platinum on Hilesat at 7°W (2 full package cards)
When I put first card I receiver with Euroirdeto ver.1.06 CAM (RED) everything worked fine.
To my amazement I discovered that this car could decode also all ART (ADD) channels (Star world, Star Movies). I then tried other card & I got same results.
Sadly today (10.01.2007) morning Showtime channels were working fine but not ART channels.
I then read some of threads here & downloaded some of programms.
I logged to my card today. Log file is attached.
I think that SHOWTIME deleted provider ID for ART (ADD). Because in the log in the provider 00 is 00 28 00. This is the provider for ART (ADD) on my card.
My question is:
How can I add (reactivate) provider Id for ART (ADD) back to the card & what is the Provider ID for ART (ADD) ?
I also read HPK from both Cards (they are SAME) with DLOG V2.2 Beta.
What can I do with HPK?

My equipment is:
1 x STRONG SRT4355
2 x DBOX2 (NOKIA)
1 x SKY 1 PCI card Rev. 1.3
1 x NOKIA 9500S (Same as dbox1) with DVB2000 & AMON 5.4
1 x Multiprog 2001 XL
