Decoder Upgrade Logging

Hi to all

I got a couple a questions. If anybody is interested

1) Is it possible to log a UEC decoder upgrade?
2) And if so on which PID would this be found would it be sent on its own PID?
Or mixed in the stream and that is why they do early morning upgrades as it would interfere with the picture?

Has anyone toyed with this idea as this would be quit interesting to?
I have done some searches but not much is mentioned about logging the stream
