Dvblogger howto on DB

Hey

Is there at HOWTO for DVBLogger on DB ?

I have tryed using DVBsnooper in DVBLogger. And DVBlogger.

I have tryed filtering, the results with SW4emm and Filtralog.

Do I ned a PID or a EMK to get it right ?

And what to use to get a M2 output ?

If there is at HOWTO or will be, and it is not legal to put it in this forum, is it then possible to put it out on the Emule net ?

Try dvbsnoop for logging with. It will allow you to capture the stream. You will need to know the PID of the stream your trying to capture though. dvbsnoop is on SI, just do a search for it.

I dont have a 7020 so im not sure if it will work. I would think it would need updating to read from the correct hardware to work on the 7020, but i might be wrong.

If you want to use DVBsnoop you will need a HDD or a NFS/CIFS mount.

All you have to do to get dvbsnoop working is:

Upload it to the directory /var/DVBSNOOP/

Log onto the dream via telnet

Chmod 755 it (chmod 755 /var/DVBSNOOP/dvbsnoop)

Then just use what ever command you like...

Buddy, how do i log DVBSNOOP data to the HDD mounted unit ?

I've mounted a folder on my pc HD on /var/mnt/hdd

But when i run DVBSNOOP 0x0090 > /var/mnt/hdd/dump.txt i get an ACCESS DENIED ERROR message.

If i run DVBSNOOP 0x0090 > dump.txt it logs successfully, but i can get just 2 mb of log.

Thank's
