You can set CardCom to save the strings containing EMK updates (and other stuff) to a log file.
Start CardCom from the command line using: cardcom.exe logfile -u (subsitute
logfile for the name of the file (with no extension) you want all logged traffic to be saved as).
When CardCom is running correctly you will see the card/cam communication scrolling on the screen. At the bottom there are some numbers, some will be changing as the card receives updates - an EMK update will show up beside 680D or 280D.
To learn more about what it all means, go to the Tutorials area and read, read, read.
PS - cardcom.exe /? will show you what other commands are avaiable when starting CardCom.
