Not understanding Spanish, this seems pretty odd - but it looks like a listing of the total of Seca activations somewhere! - is that corrrect ametsu???

If i remember right the 64th providor is special for the new (over a year allready though) encryptions system Seca2.
The "open-up" the broadcast of the Spanish Taquilla package on Astra 19 degrees east you need this one.
Still no one has really found what the 64th providor hides.
The logs of the S2 card show that the 64 providor is needed.....but what for??
