NewCS upgrade 1.14-1.19

I want to upgrade my NewCs from 1.14 to 1.19 on my ItGate Tgs 100 and I wonder if there is some manual avaible that show me the way step by step avaible, or if someone in this forum are willing to help me out. All help will be very much appreciated.
