failed to boot...

Hello I need some help with a TGS 200 it will not boot.

The first time a start the BOX this was on the screen "failed to boot... going into debug mode..
[u-boot@TGS200 boot]$

I can flash it whit a uboot.img
but when i flash it whit a update.img I get ERROR (update.img is 2.0.6) the uboot is (Uboot.img is 2.0.6)

When i flash whit a nonboot.img I get (ds 3.2 tgs200 nooboot I don’t have another nooboot.)
The U-BOOT is 2.0.6

I use ITGATE Serial Flashing Tool v1.0 in Control Center 2.2

I have another TGS200 that I don’t have a problem with
