Subtitles for Sirius 5E and Thor 1W

I have a ItGate Tgs100 where the subtitles does not work.
By using the remote I can acess the subtitles. I am using firmware 2.0.8.
Will there be drivers to the Itgate avaible that can handle subtitles? A reciever with such capacity as ItGate should be able to handle subtitles in my opinion!
