ITGate Findings

Just got one of these box's today and think it is one of the best value for money receivers available.

I've been a Dreambox (DM7000) user for the last 2 or 3 years and am quite familliar with it. The ITGate is every bit as good as my Dreambox and half the price!

It came preloaded with the factory image but I had Juliet 2.05 loaded within 15 minutes of unpacking it.This is a good image but it does have a couple of issues. There is a lipsync issue on some channels on OptusC1 and I cannot get the widescreen mode to enable. I would expect both problems to be addressed in future images.

The ITGate is very solidly built and although its looks are a little controversial, I think it looks very good.

Well I did that today and DSTeam image fixes many problems that Juliet has.

Lipsync problem is gone as and the EPG now functions correctly. Widescreen is still not fixed but that is comething the factory is working on.

The ITGate gets better and batter with each new image.

Hi All

i just got a Itgate - tsg100, I am wrapped half the price of the others . its a nice looking box. i loaded the juliet image using a sd card.the emus work fine. the remote has 5 in 1 remote (how good is that i can get rid of 5 remotes from the coffee table). i have slipped in a little 10 gig hdd,fits in nicely. I dont think i will be buying anything other than a itgate boxes from now on.

Great news guys these boxes are going to become very popular in the future.Im wrapped with mine as well....hasnt missed a beat since i turned it on .Very stable and very reliable.

i have had this box for a week now and i am wrapped. This box may very well be the best box on the market.why because the price is right, for once the consumer is the winner. This box will become even better and leave the rest to rest.

This is a good box and Price is a bonus for sure!!!
Mine is many months old now and its been very good to me with only a few small problems with images.
Now I see a new IBoot out so you can multiboot which will be good and I am looking forward to testing this out.

Still waiting for some new images to test but I’m sure they will arrive soon.

well yes i must say also this is good box for the money .got mine from italy took abt a 2 week ..soon got it unpacked had a play for a few weeks ..ask abt a few thinks . i loaded the juliet image using a sd card . and must say ..had a few probs with the emu .but finaly got some that worked ok ..and i never looked back ..so its been great first time box .for me i the itgate
