Red face New Remote Control

Hi all,
many people own old RC and very offten italian resellers refuse to change it with the new one (don't ask me why).
I don't know what about other countries but the situation is really critical because we are damned to keep very old firmware.
Is there no way to manage the old RC in new versions ?
I remember in Dreambox firmware there is a file to configure the remote control.

Thanx for your help, I think it will be appreciated from many people.

Bye

Re: New Remote Control

ALL resalers HAVE TO provide you with the new remote control.
If you encounter problems with your resaler, just contact TgsDevil on the official support site www.itgateusers.com. He has direct contact with all resalers and can help you
