Sub card and Gold card not working in Humax

Hi

I have an Austra account and recently put a Humax 5410Z in the bedroom. I can not get any channels to work on the Humax no matter if I use the sub card or the Gold Card.

It will scan and find them but just gives the Blue screen saying I have no rights to this service.

Can anyone help me out please.

you do realise that the card goes in the humax with the chip to the top not the bottom like the sub boxes ?
