Talking VACI-5300 problems-solved!

Thank,s to RULEZ and others.

The receiver is up and running again. Indeed the PSU was the
problem. The ZD-3 shorted, and the 1000uf/10V(c9)
had changed value to less than 300uf, and of cause R21 was
open(burned). I checked all critical other C's with a LRC-meter
they were OK. From other sources also on this board I can
also now recommend others to add a cooler/fan to the PSU.
That should make them last a lot longer.
