hdtv and sat in 1 box?

kummo asked a very good question wether any boxes will do both hdtv and sat ,as i'm about to buy a new box as well, if they can fit hdtv on a pci card for the pc why can't they make a box to do both, it should be just adding a card inside ?

The next generation of sat boxes are being released with both!
Keep a look out for them

well i think i will hold off for a while then as i would prefer one box for both

any idears how long and how much they will cost?, i know it's asking alot but maybe 7 9 10 will be on the provider sat soon as well?
