Unhappy Humax 5400 problems?

Has anyone else had problems with goldies in a hum 5400, I seem to be damagaing goldies when im changing channels.

They work fine in my fox box but then die a sad death in my humax. Am starting to consider a problem with the 5400?

Yes it is an allcam box, and the goldie was purchased in Perth.

Second one i've heard about now. Its the card, a new sellers code i bet . Comes up with invalid card right after about 10min of pics and the card is dead as a door nail. What you need to do is upgrade your firmware in the box to the newest tux or tell the guy that you got the card from you have an allcamm humax and get him to replace it with a compatable code

Rubbish - you can't damage any card by changing channels and it all codes (probably Ghost 226 in this case) don't care if the reciever is allcammed or not
